PRICING- as at 1st
JANUARY 2009
With the current economic situation, it is clear that
many families are cutting back on unnecessary spending. All Buggz outfits
are designed with affordability in mind, I aim to keep prices as low as possible,
whilst covering my costs.. Quality threads and fabrics are used
at all times. All outfits are handmade by me. Most of my fabrics come from America or Japan
Sewing for me is a hobby. I am addicted to
buying fabric, so if I can turn over my stock, I can buy more fabric.
And that makes me a happy person!
MADE TO ORDER CREATIONS
All outfits can be made to order. Pricing will be negotiated
with individual customers.
Made to order requests are most welcome. If you
need something a bit shorter, a bit longer or a big wider or thinner, or
perhaps in a different color just ask!
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made using PayPal or direct deposit.
Payments must be received within 5 days of purchase date. If no
contact is made, or payment not received, items will be returned to
stock.
REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES/ FAULTS
Please read all descriptions and sizing info before
making your purchase. I do not offer refunds for change of mind,
exchange only, and return shipping costs are your responsibility.
For faulty items, (which I am very doubtful you will
find!) please contact me via email buggsie3@bigpond.net.au
so we can work out a suitable solution.
If you have any questions about our sizing or products
please email me. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
All sale items and seconds are final sales, no refund
or exchange.
Please contact me before returning any item. I
will accept returns/exchanges on unwashed/unworn items within 30 days
from the purchase date.
I will only pay shipping charges for returns if the
item is defective, otherwise shipping charges are your responsibility.
It is best to include insurance on any return packages as I am not
responsible for items lost in the mail.
SHIPPING
All shipping is made via Australia Post.
Registered or express post is available at customers expense.
I will keep shipping costs at a minimum.
Combined postage will be calculated on orders of more than one item.
Please check before making payment if you are purchasing multiple items
so I can advise complete postage price.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Any personal information that is provided by you will
remain confidential. No email addresses or any other information
will be passed on to any other party.
